Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Associate to transform workforce planning and analytics capabilities across Home Lending and Operations. You will translate needs into Jira epics/stories, support agile delivery, and design end-to-end solutions with data, applications, and reporting layers.

Your role involves enhancing forecasting processes, collaborating with Finance and Product teams, and leveraging cloud technologies (AWS, Databricks) to improve forecast accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in a product delivery environment with Agile/Scrum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across data, application and process layers
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data concepts
• Hands-on SQL skills and debugging/query optimization
• Understanding of modern UI concepts and ability to partner with frontend engineers (ReactJS)
• Understanding of modern data platforms and tooling including Databricks
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from stakeholders and translate into a product backlog in Jira
• Support agile ceremonies and drive execution with scrum teams
• Contribute to solution design with tech leads and engineers
• Coordinate with data and application teams for end-to-end alignment
• Deliver automation to reduce operational overhead in capacity planning workflows
• Onboard and integrate capacity planning models into web-based tools
• Build and validate SQL-based reporting/prototypes for productivity and performance analysis
