Job summary

Walmart Marketplace is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Management to lead the strategy and development of a next-generation Risk and Compliance Decision Platform. The role oversees a cross-disciplinary team spanning Product, Engineering, Data Science, Risk and Operations in Sunnyvale, CA.

You will drive platform architecture, measurement of decision effectiveness, and reusable capabilities across risk domains. The position offers strong compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area with 9 years PM experience.
• 11 years’ PM or related experience as alternate track.
• Experience building risk decisioning platforms or comparable automated decision systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of how ML models and risk signals are orchestrated into automated decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for the Risk Decision Platform across onboarding, lifecycle risk, compliance and enforcement.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers for the risk decisioning ecosystem.
• Build a common platform integrating ML models, risk signals, rules and data to drive actions.
• Enable risk/compliance teams to configure decision strategies without frequent engineering changes.
• Develop end-to-end decision orchestration from signal ingestion to execution of actions.
• Establish governance, versioning, approvals and auditability for platform decisions.
