Job summary

Vida Health is hiring a Principal Product Manager, Member Experience, to own the strategy and execution of our member-facing product. You will drive engagement, retention and health outcomes for hundreds of thousands of members across Vida's clinical and behavioral programs.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Clinical teams to ship high-impact improvements and define Vida 2.0. This senior IC role manages the backlog, experiments, and dashboards to improve the member

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 10+ years in product management, with 5+ years owning consumer/patient-facing products.
• Proven track record of improving engagement, retention, or activation at scale.
• Strong hands-on analytics: write SQL and use product analytics tools.
• Experience owning a product's entire lifecycle from discovery to iteration.
• Ability to influence exec and company-level decisions without direct authority.
• Experience with personalization, recommendations, or AI/ML features.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Comfortable in fast-moving environments and defining problems before solving.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and strategy for the member experience aligned with Vida 2.0.
• Shape prioritization for major bets and tradeoffs.
• Set OKRs for the member experience and measure outcomes.
• Lead competitive and market thinking translating into product direction.
• Own backlog and roadmap for core product areas: home screen, logging, goals, content, care team interactions.
• Maintain high quality, triage bugs, ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to maintain velocity and make technical tradeoffs.
• Define success metrics and surface insights from data to stakeholders.
