Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Senior Manager to lead product lifecycle management for Purple Label sweaters and knits, from concept and sampling through bulk production. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams to uphold design intent, quality, cost, lead time, and brand standards.

You will manage seasonal execution, development calendars, yarn development, lab dips, stitch approvals, sample tracking, and production readiness to ensure on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in apparel product management, product development, production, or sourcing.
• Strong experience in sweaters and knits.
• Deep knowledge of knitwear construction, yarns, gauges, stitches, finishing, fit, quality standards.
• Ability to lead seasonal execution, manage complex timelines, and solve problems.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical, costing, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain seasonal product data, line management tools, KPIs, and development calendars.
• Oversee yarn development, lab dips, stitch approvals, sample tracking, production readiness, and on‑time delivery.
• Partner with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Raw Materials, Sourcing, and Supply Chain to meet product standards and manage production plans.
• Drive costing, cost engineering, margin analysis, and cost updates.
• Identify and resolve risks involving yarn availability, quality, cost, capacity, lead times, and delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and mentor team members.
