Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United States seeks a Senior Product Delivery Associate for its Data Platforms team to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise-class data solutions.

You own the backlog, coordinate with the Product Manager, engineering, and analytics, and ensure features are delivered on time, with quality and business value. Work spans batch, streaming, and near-real-time processing, leveraging Snowflake and cloud data lakes to build scalable, resilient data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management or a related domain.
• Experience delivering product or data platform solutions.
• Experience in change readiness and deployment processes.
• Strong SQL, Python, and data engineering knowledge.
• Cloud data platform delivery experience (Snowflake, AWS data lakes).
• Certifications such as CSPO/SAFe POPM/PMI-PMP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute delivery tasks and boost efficiencies.
• Supports change management activities and monitors compliance requirements.
• Raises blockers to manage dependencies and resources.
• Owns and drives the product delivery lifecycle – from intake to release.
• Partners with users and analysts to translate needs into a prioritized backlog.
• Influences product strategy with data-driven insights and business value.
• Translates business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Liaises between product, engineering, and architecture teams and manages cross-team risks.
• Validates features against requirements and tracks delivery metrics (OKRs/KPIs).
