Job summary

The Chamberlain Group LLC is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to develop and maintain middleware and development platforms for the myQ program. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions and ensure high quality code across the stack.

Responsibilities include agile/Scrum practices, collaboration with architects and senior engineers, mentoring juniors, and driving code quality, CI/CD, and security compliance in a Microsoft stack environment

Qualifications

Bachelors in CS or related field.
5+ years of job-related experience in software development.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.
Experience with Microsoft technology stack including .NET, C#, Azure, SQL, Visual Studio.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain middleware for the myQ program across desktop and cloud platforms.
Translate product requirements into technical designs and implement high-quality code.
Lead and mentor engineers, collaborate with architects, product, QA, and operations.
Drive CI/CD practices and maintain security/compliance per ISMS guidelines.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge sharing within the team.
