Job summary

Chamberlain Group is seeking a senior software engineer to design, develop, and maintain middleware, APIs, and platform services for the myQ ecosystem. You will supervise 2–3 engineers (onshore and offshore), assign tasks, review code, and mentor team members to ensure timely delivery and adherence to standards.

The role requires leading edge technical collaboration with product owners, front-end, DevOps, and firmware teams within an Agile/Scrum framework and ensuring CI/CD and cloud development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, focusing on middleware, backend, or enterprise software.
• Strong experience with Microsoft tech stack and cloud development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain middleware components, APIs, and platform services.
• Lead 2–3 software engineers (onshore and offshore), assign tasks, review code, and mentor the team.
• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
