Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Digital Product Sr Manager Engineering Twin to define, build, and scale PepsiCo's Engineering Digital Twin product globally. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for simulations enabling facility design, capacity optimization, and operational performance across plants and warehouses.

Lead cross-functional teams with stakeholders, architects, and vendors to deliver reusable, scalable engineering capabilities and standardized simulation templates.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Product Management or engineering systems.
Experience delivering engineering simulation or digital manufacturing solutions.
Experience in Agile product organizations with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Engineering Digital Twin backlog.
Translate business requirements into user stories and release plans.
Collaborate with architects, UX designers, and delivery teams throughout SDLC.
Drive measurable customer value and align with enterprise architecture.
