Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Senior Manager for Technical Program Management (TPM) of the Digital Twin program within Supply Chain. You will partner with Digital Twin Leadership, Product Owners, and architects to govern and oversee delivery from ideation through implementation and support.

The role will drive BuildOps delivery across global facilities, manage complex programs using SAFe and DevSecOps practices, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field.
• 8–10 years of work experience with 3–5 years delivering complex digital transformation projects as Delivery Lead/TPM.
• Strong delivery mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global BuildOps (project execution and delivery) with cross-functional teams across IT/OT, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Sector IT.
• Drive end-to-end technical program management from concept to delivery of prototypes and final applications.
• Establish scalable delivery methodologies and governance across programs.
