Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Senior Manager for Technical Program Management (TPM) of the Digital Twin program within Supply Chain. You will partner with Digital Twin Leadership, product owners, architects, and external partners to deliver Digital Twin applications globally from ideation to support.

You will lead BuildOps delivery across IT/OT, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure, ensuring on-time, on-budget governance and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field.
• 8-10 years of work experience with 3-5 years as Delivery Lead/Technical Program Manager leading delivery of complex digital transformation projects.
• Quantitative with strong judgment; connect workstreams, identify dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• pragmatic, iterative approach to building technical solutions with external and internal teams.
• Deep understanding of program delivery using SAFe Agile; familiar with other models including waterfall.
• Proficient in managing timelines, budgets, and status reports; experience with Change Boards and Office 365 tools.
• Supply Chain processes, systems and personas familiarity; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global BuildOps (project execution and delivery) with cross-functional teams across IT/OT, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, and Sector IT.
• Drive end-to-end technical program management from conception through design, development, to delivery of tested prototypes and final applications.
• Collaborate with Product, engineering, business, design, architecture, and partners to identify scope, constraints, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
• Establish a consistent, scalable delivery methodology with all stakeholders.
• Guide transformation programs using PepsiCo tools, frameworks, and Project Planning/DevSecOps processes.
• Identify and mitigate technical, legal, logistical, budget, and communication risks; drive solutions.
• Coordinate communications across teams and leadership; provide updates and escalations as needed.
• Shape the product roadmap with program leadership and manage balance between strategic and tactical work.
• Create detailed Project Plans via PI Planning and govern execution day-to-day.
• Partner with strategic vendors and system integrators to deliver against milestones with quality and cost discipline.
• Provide regular reporting and escalation to leadership; participate in BuildOps Reviews, ART syncs, and SteerCo.
• Ensure stage gates meet quality, security, and functional completion standards.
