Job summary

PepsiCo Deutschland GmbH seeks a Digital Product Sr Manager Engineering Twin to define, build, and scale the Engineering Digital Twin product as a global capability supporting plants, warehouses, and future supply chain ops.

You will own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, partnering with engineering, solution architects, and vendors to deliver scalable engineering capabilities that improve capacity, efficiency, and capital optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in product management or engineering systems.
• Experience with enterprise software and Agile environments.
• Background in digital manufacturing or simulation projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap, and backlog for Engineering Digital Twin.
• Define reusable simulation capabilities and templates for global deployment.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver value.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across plants, warehouses, and facilities.
• Measure outcomes: capacity, throughput, CapEx optimization, and efficiency.
