Cisco Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead Acacia’s next-generation optical product strategy and roadmap.

You will coordinate across hardware, silicon photonics, DSP, operations, manufacturing, and marketing to deliver market-leading interconnect solutions. You’ll translate ambiguous customer needs into concrete product specs, drive NPI, and manage from concept through launch while maintaining target margins.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' professional experience in technical product management or related roles.
• 8+ years in optical communications, high-speed networking, or transceiver industry.
• Experience managing hardware/optical product lifecycles end-to-end.
• Experience with Tier-1 hyperscalers, carriers, or networking OEMs is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Define and own multi-year product strategy and execution roadmap.
• Orchestrate full lifecycle product management from market analysis to NPI and scale.
• Coordinate with hardware engineering, silicon photonics, DSP, operations, and marketing.
• Engage with industry leaders to translate customer needs into concrete specs.
