CVS Health is seeking a Sr. Product Lead for Clinical Insights to drive the strategic roadmap for the Clinical Insights Engine across multiple CVS Health businesses. You will bridge clinical needs with platform capabilities, ensuring alignment with executive priorities and measurable impact.

You will collaborate with Platform PMs to integrate AI-driven insights into provider workflows, monitor adoption, and iterate based on real-world feedback to maximize value and outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional product management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive multi-year strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to collaborate in a two-in-a-box model with Platform PMs.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate metrics to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with clinicians, executives and technical architects.

Responsabilidades

• Define multi-year vision and roadmap for Clinical Insights Engine integration with CVS Health businesses.
• Co-develop roadmaps with Platform PMs to align business and platform priorities.
• Ensure adoption and measurable clinical and financial outcomes through real-world feedback.
• Serve as liaison between clinical leadership, business owners and the platform.
• Define KPIs and monitor performance and impact to drive improvements.
