This cross-functional leadership position emphasizes data-driven decision making, stakeholder alignment at Director/VP levels, and delivering dashboards and roadmaps that accelerate advertiser success across the Ads ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product or program management.
• 5 years of experience with product lifecycle management.
• 3 years of experience in internal or executive communications.
• Experience with system design.

Responsibilities

• Partner with gTech, Sales, Product, and Finance, aligning with Director and VP-level stakeholders to synchronize requirements for annual planning.
• Power the Sales AI quality program, delivering structured evaluation dashboards that leverage autorater outputs to improve model accuracy.
• Set the strategic tool and platform goal, translating business asks and quantified business cases into prioritized technical roadmaps.
• Enable the Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC), governing agentic skills while analyzing datasets to find growth opportunities.
• Estimate and measure the operational and business impact of new features, processes, and systemic experiences.
