Job summary

Nuix in Reston, VA seeks a Senior Product Manager for Orchestration to own the strategy for Nuix Automate within the Nuix Neo platform. This role partners with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to move quickly in a data-heavy SaaS environment and shape AI-enabled orchestration capabilities.

You will gather customer signals, run lightweight experiments, and translate market trends into a practical roadmap, measuring success with acquisition, activation, and monetization metrics.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in Product Management in data-heavy SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Strong background in endpoint and cloud enterprise collections with exposure to eDiscovery, Investigations, Data Governance, or Forensic Investigations.
• Hands-on experience building or shipping AI-native product capabilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional outcomes without direct authority, working with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Shape and drive the strategy for Nuix’s Automate offering—aligned with customer needs and the broader Nuix Neo platform vision.
• Translate market signals, customer data, and technical capabilities into a roadmap that drives acquisition, activation, and monetization.
• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for differentiation and positioning of orchestration within Nuix Neo.
• Bridge Engineering and Go-To-Market teams to ensure seamless product development, positioning, and launch for Automate capability and Nuix Neo solutions.
• Own delivery from ideation through development, release, and post-launch support; maintain product documentation, release notes, and training materials.
