Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate within Business Banking to contribute to end-to-end product lifecycle. You will define and refine requirements, partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and stakeholders, and leverage customer feedback and data to prioritize work and identify new capabilities.

You will help ensure releases are high quality and aligned to security, resiliency, and scalability standards, shaping the ongoing success of Chase's products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent in product management.
• Hands-on experience working with development teams and within agile ceremonies.
• Experience in product lifecycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Understanding of product testing cycles, requirements, and execution.
• Familiarity with deposits and money movement functionality.
• Exposure to API-enabled and cloud-native development frameworks.
• Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
• Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify & define new product features and capabilities reflecting customer and market needs.
• Supports user research, journey mapping, and end-to-end systems analysis for strategic roadmap input.
• Analyzes product agility metrics across the development lifecycle.
• Facilitates end-to-end User Acceptance Testing for product changes.
• Collaborates with product and cross-functional teams to deliver against the roadmap.
• Navigate ambiguous environments using strategic thinking to drive clarity and direction.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support discovery and delivery of new features.
