Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim USA is seeking a Product Launch & Lifecycle Engineer IV – Peptide/DS to drive lifecycle management, process transfers, and packaging development for US products. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration across QA, Regulatory, Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless launches and lifecycle continuity.

Qualifications

• Level IV requires BS degree plus 15 years pharma process/packaging experience or 20 years in related industry.
• Level III requires BS degree plus 10 years pharma experience or 12 years in related industry.
• Working knowledge of experimental design and PDCA, plus data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle changes and CPV/CSS/Transport Qualification for US products.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enable product launches and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and external CMOs for registrations and transfers.
• Prepare line trials, master records, specifications, and packaging data for timelines.
