Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a Level III/IV Product Launch & Lifecycle Engineer for Aseptic Processing and Sterile Manufacturing. Based on-site in Columbus, OH with hybrid flexibility 2–3 days on site, you will lead cross-functional teams to support product launches, lifecycle changes, and technology transfer to CMOs as needed.

Qualifications

BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or Pharmacy.
15+ years pharma process or packaging experience (Level IV).
Experience with process transfer, validation, and CPV.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional teams to implement product lifecycle changes.
Support CPV, CSS, and Transport Qualification for products.
Coordinate lifecycle activities from launch to ongoing market supply.
Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs on changes and compliance.
Prepare validation protocols and master packaging specs.
Mentor engineers and share launch best practices.
