Job summary

Qualifications

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Pharmacy or related field with 10+ years pharma process/packaging experience.
• US work authorization required and ability to work on-site in Columbus, OH.
• Experience leading cross-functional product launch teams and lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to implement product lifecycle changes and sustain market supply.
• Manage CPV, CSS, and Transport Qualification processes for assigned products.
• Coordinate process and packaging development, validation, and transfer to commercial production.
• Collaborate with regulatory, development partners, and CMOs to ensure timely market authorizations.
