Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required in a business/quantitative field.
• 3+ years in analytics or insights roles.
• Ability to leverage data and visualizations to drive outcomes.
• Fluent with Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel; SQL/Tableau a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify key themes from weekly rating submissions and present recommendations to cross-functional teams.
• Support business strategy with qualitative insights from comment analysis to drive action.
• Optimize and disseminate recurring reporting on performance of Factor_’s physical product offerings.
• Participate in bi‑monthly leadership meetings with insights and recommendations.
• Fulfill analytic requests from stakeholders with validated data and tailored deliverables.
• Develop understanding of Factor_’s data infrastructure to request data extraction for ad‑hoc analytics.
