Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to turn complex data into actionable insights that support growth and operational efficiency. You’ll turn analytics into measurable outcomes by partnering with leaders across the firm to shape performance and governance.

You will develop predictive indicators, create executive dashboards, and promote data-driven decision making throughout CLA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted.
• 4+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive decisions through data.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics strategy & performance measurement across the organization.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and governance practices; define metric methodologies.
• Deliver executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for leadership.
• Analyse operational, financial, customer, service, and project data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple functional areas and mentor analysts.
