Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in analytics preferred.
• 4+ years in data analytics, BI, or performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive decisions through data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance reporting and analytics strategies across the organization.
• Establish KPIs, scorecards, and measurement frameworks.
• Deliver executive dashboards and reporting to leadership.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project data.
• Promote data quality and governance across data sources.
