CLA is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Product Team in driving analytics strategy and delivering actionable insights. You will partner with leaders to measure performance, build KPIs, and create governance for scalable reporting across the firm.

You will develop dashboards, analyze diverse data sets, and mentor analysts while promoting a data-driven culture and trusted data quality. This role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration and executive-ready reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience, education and training may be accepted.
• Degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or Finance preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, reporting, or performance measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders to drive decisions through data.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytics strategy and performance measurement with KPIs and governance.
• Analyze operational, financial, customer, service, and project data to derive insights.
• Create executive dashboards and present insights to leadership teams.
• Promote data quality, governance and scalable reporting practices.
