Job summary

Steelcase is seeking a detail-oriented professional to translate complex requirements into accurate, customer-facing labeling and product graphics. You will work with 3D CAD models to produce assembly and service content, create labels, and govern the Windchill Label Library to ensure compliance.

You will research regulatory requirements and collaborate with Legal, Engineering, Product Development, and Manufacturing to balance business needs with compliance, while maintaining master data across

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
Experience with technical, regulatory, product data, labeling, or compliance content.
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

Use 3D CAD models to create technical illustrations for assembly and service content.
Create and maintain product labels including Product ID, Safety, UL and other regulatory content.
Manage the Label Library within Windchill for accuracy and compliance.
Research federal, state, and industry regulatory requirements and translate findings into label content.
Drive prioritization of multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Collaborate across Legal, Engineering, Product Development, Manufacturing and Customer teams.
Maintain graphics master data in Windchill and product symbol library.
Work with global teams using agile methodologies to ensure timeliness and quality.
