Steelcase is seeking a Group Leader in Grand Rapids to guide a global Product Graphics team responsible for assembly instructions, installation guides, and critical product documentation that supports launches and customer experiences.

You will partner with Product Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Marketing and Packaging to ensure information is accurate, compliant, and aligned with customer needs.

Formación

• 3+ years of formal people leadership experience.
• Experience leading teams through transformation.
• Experience driving adoption of new tools and workflows.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team responsible for creating assembly instructions, disassembly instructions, installation guides, product documentation, compliance content, and safety labels.
• Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for the Product Graphics organization.
• Champion evolution from 2D to 3D-based solutions and drive organizational change.
• Establish standards and best practices across global locations.
• Improve documentation, release, and quality processes for better accuracy and speed.
• Partner with Product Engineering, Industrial Design, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Packaging.
