Qualifications

• 12+ years in product/engineering operations or program management leadership roles.
• Experience delivering complex software development projects in a global environment.
• Experience in ad-tech space (DSP, SSP, data processing) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns the portfolio planning process and execution workflows for product and engineering teams.
• Identifies and implements scalable workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Champion scrum and scaled agile practices for 80+ scrum teams.
