SupportFinity™ is seeking a dynamic Engineering Director to oversee all manufacturing engineering functions at its state-of-the-art facility in San Francisco, California. This pivotal role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, driving engineering strategy, and ensuring operational excellence in server assembly and testing.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, a background in test engineering, and a proven ability to implement lean principles. The position offers a competitive compensation of $210,000 - $260,000 a year.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably servers or data center infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing teams in box build, system assembly, and rack-level testing environments.
• Strong background in test engineering (ICT, functional, burn-in) and process validation.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and scale a multi-disciplinary engineering team supporting full product lifecycle.
• Own process design, optimization, and control for servers and rack level assembly.
• Manage site-level industrialization of new products: from engineering builds to full ramp.
• Drive a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
