You will lead a distributed team, drive scalable, secure products, and collaborate across Product, Growth, and Delivery to align with the roadmap.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years building platforms, 2+ years leading remote teams, and deep cloud/Kubernetes expertise, plus strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building platforms and infrastructure.
• 2+ years leading remote engineering teams.
• Cloud experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Cloud-native deployment to Kubernetes.
• Proficient in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers building UDS-compatible apps.
• Own deliverables and ensure scalable, available products.
• Align roadmaps with Product goals and customer needs.
• Drive code quality, architecture, and process improvements.
• Mentor engineers' professional and technical growth.
• Coordinate with clients and engineers on specs, budgets, deadlines.
• Stay current with trends to improve product lines.
