You will lead and mentor engineers, establish development priorities with leadership, and drive planning, delivery, and process improvements across teams.

Qualifications

• Significant professional software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and technical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers and technical professionals.
• Partner with leadership to establish development priorities and translate business objectives into actionable plans.
• Guide projects from early planning through implementation and delivery.
• Help teams evaluate technical approaches, tradeoffs, and development priorities.
• Establish practical processes that improve coordination, accountability, and delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing products and development practices.
• Coordinate across technical and business functions to keep initiatives aligned.
• Anticipate organizational and technical challenges and develop plans to address them.
• Support successful delivery of major initiatives and improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while strengthening team capabilities.
