Qualifications

Ability to develop strategies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the engineering vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
Lead and oversee all engineering disciplines and external partners.
Staff and resource plan; ensure organizational structure and workload balance.
Establish performance expectations and accountability across engineering.
