Job summary

Lam Research Corporation in the United States seeks a Product Engineer to drive semiconductor equipment design and problem solving. You’ll work with customers and internal teams to resolve issues, contribute to prototyping, testing, deployment, and field support, and travel as needed.

You will design experiments, analyze data, and present clear technical recommendations to guide product development and improve reliability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process designs to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
• Support product development from prototyping through deployment and initial field support.
• Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex problems.
• Present analysis and provide clear technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product specifications and development.
• Provide technical support for installation, diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex issues.
• Maintain high customer engagement including face-to-face interactions and international travel to sites.
