Qualifications

Master’s degree in a relevant field with 6+ years of experience or a PhD with 3+ years of experience
Strong analytical and experimental design skills
Creative thinking, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities
Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time

Responsibilities

Collaborate to engineer semiconductor equipment and process designs to resolve customer issues and improve product quality
Support product development from prototyping to deployment and initial field support
Design, run experiments and prototypes to solve complex technical problems
Present analysis and provide clear technical recommendations
Work with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams on product specifications and development
Provide installation support and diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex issues
Maintain high customer engagement including international travel for near-term releases
Work in cleanroom lab or semiconductor fab environments
