Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in product engineering, RMA management, or related roles.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the RMA process from initiation to resolution, with adherence to SLAs.
• Diagnose product issues, perform failure analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams; provide regular status updates.
• Develop and maintain RMA process documentation and ensure quality compliance.
• Generate reports on RMA trends and drive continuous improvement actions.
