Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology required.
• MBA or equivalent MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years related experience required.
• Strong math skills and familiarity with CAD software.
• Proficiency in Power BI, ERP basics, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Advocate and support the Corporate Win Strategy via new product variants and cost/quality improvements.
• Provide system design and customer product development support; guide design direction for division growth.
• Lead root cause analyses and implement cross-disciplinary solutions.
• Interact with OEMs to determine product performance requirements and opportunities for new applications.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of competitive products and report findings regularly.
