Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train personnel on electronic troubleshooting, mechanical and computer skills.
• Develop and execute cost cutting initiatives.
• Plan and design manufacturing processes.
• Coordinate new product introductions into the manufacturing process.
• Develop and execute process improvements.
• Obtain feedback from the RMA repair technician and QC to determine the scope of the issue and to help formulate optimal solutions.
• Create and review engineering changes.
• Create and modify manufacturing and test software.
• Analyze and report on manufacturing and engineering data.
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement automated test tools and strategies.
