Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field.
• 10 years of directly related experience and/or training.
• Experience with Automated Manufacturing Processes and Data is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Researches and analyzes data to determine feasibility of proposals.
• Perform product research, design, development, and testing.
• Perform product redesign and enhancement to improve products.
• Perform manufacturing process design, development, and testing.
• Lead manufacturing process improvement activities and CAPA implementations.
• Prepare statements of work, technical reports, and proposals.
