Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Exton, PA to develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes that boost productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with CAD and manufacturing process design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to generate and deliver presentations.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and plant layouts.
• Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Support new product introductions by validating production readiness.
• Investigate production issues and implement CAPA.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality, safety, and operations.
• Evaluate equipment, tooling, automation, and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with quality to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in capital projects from selection to validation.
• Monitor KPIs and improve throughput, yield, and utilization.
• Support safety programs and EH&S standards.
• Train production staff on new processes and best practices.
