• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial lift trucks and Jungheinrich NA products.
• Experience with third-party vehicle technologies and assistance systems.

Aufgaben

• Lead integration, testing, and ongoing technical support of assistance systems in the NA market.
• Coordinate engineering activities related to product development, feature testing, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Primary technical contact for complex field issues (Level 3) and drive timely resolution.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute field tests, system validations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Perform system commissioning, software updates, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze system errors and logs to identify root causes and fixes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solutions and drive improvements.
• Provide ongoing technical support across the product lifecycle for assistance systems.
• Support integration of new features and technologies into NA lift trucks.
• Coordinate with dealers and customers to gather market-specific requirements.
• Deliver technical knowledge-sharing and train-the-trainer initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and participate in trade shows as needed.
