Jungheinrich Lift Truck in Houston, TX is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead integration, testing, and ongoing development of assistance systems for the North American market. You will work across engineering, product development, service teams, and customers to ensure successful implementation and performance of advanced systems on our lift trucks.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
• Strong background in engineering, product integration, testing, or technical support in material handling or industrial vehicle industries.
• Experience with industrial lift trucks, preferably Jungheinrich products for North America.
• Familiarity with system commissioning, software configuration, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration, implementation, testing, and ongoing technical support of assistance systems for the North American lift truck market.
• Coordinate engineering activities related to product development, feature testing, system integration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and drive timely resolution of complex field issues.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute field tests, system validations, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Analyze system errors and performance data to identify root causes and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate solutions and support product improvement.
• Deliver technical knowledge-sharing and train-the-trainer initiatives across teams.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
