Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optics, Physics, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or a PhD with 5+ years’ experience; or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional analytical and experimental design skills.
• Creative thinking, problem solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Exceptional clear communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time.

Responsabilités

• Collaboratively engineer semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
• Lead product development projects from prototyping to deployment and initial field support.
• Independently design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems.
• Present analyses and support technical recommendations clearly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide product specifications and development.
• Provide technical support for installation, troubleshooting, and repair of complex product issues.
• Maintain high customer engagement, including travel to customer sites for near-term releases.
• Work in a cleanroom lab or semiconductor fab environment.
