Responsibilities

• Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to quickly resolve customer issues and improve product quality.
• Supports product development from prototyping through deployment and initial field support.
• Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems.
• Create clear and concise reports to present analysis and support technical recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to guide product development and specifications.
• Provide technical support for installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of complex product issues.
• Maintain customer engagement and travel as needed to support near-term product releases.
