GodHeir Services and Technologies seeks a Senior Product Engineer for HVAC/R tools & equipment. The role leads design and development of tools for HVAC/R markets, guiding projects from concept to production and driving major improvements with broad decision latitude.

The candidate will oversee milestones, mentor engineers, and deliver production-ready specifications. Requires 8+ years in NPD, 3D CAD, PCB/EDA, lean, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 8 years of progressively demanding experience in new product design.
• Understanding of the new product development process.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively.
• Knowledge of lean principles.
• 3D CAD knowledge.
• Electrical: PCBA experience.
• Electrical: circuit design experience.
• Electrical: EDA software experience.
• Proficiency in reading/writing English.
• Highly organized and capable of leading multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Leads engineers in tool/machine design and project leadership.
• Evaluates progress and results of projects.
• Owns milestones and breaks down tasks.
• Mentors junior engineers.
• Provides design-to-production leadership as SME.
• Designs test plans and conducts testing.
• Supports production line activities.
• Develops product specifications for new ideas.
• Collaborates with vendors on component specs.
• Participates in department and project meetings.
• Translates rough designs into production-ready documents.
• Maintains production docs per Change processes.
• Develops Bills of Materials for ERP entry.
• Assists with interviews, onboarding, and performance reviews.
