Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of engineering, product development, design, and manufacturing experience.
• Experience with international sourcing and functional hardware.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese preferred.
• PE certification or other relevant credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, validation, and launch of new products and enhancements.
• Manage complex engineering projects with quality, cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Develop drawings, specifications, BOMs, and technical documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing.
• Conduct engineering analyses, testing, and validation to verify requirements.
• Investigate performance issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support product roadmaps, strategic planning, and lifecycle management.
