Provide guidance and draw from SolidWorks/CREO know-how for accurate drawings. The role requires 5+ years in CAD design, expertise in CREO, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD, and collaboration with manufacturing and sales to meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of mechanical design experience with CREO or SolidWorks.
• Experience with 2D/3D CAD, PLM databases and ERP software.
• Lean manufacturing and Six Sigma tools knowledge (FEMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead product engineering projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineers.
• Prepare drawings and BOMs; support ISO certification.
• Interact with internal/external customers on product issues.
• Develop and maintain procedures and manuals for process improvements.
