This entry‑level position aims to grow your skills in design systems, web frameworks, and compliant fintech content, with direct mentorship and rapid live deployment. Location is New York City on‑site.

Qualifications

• An online portfolio demonstrating shipped work is required or strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, color and motion, with responsive design skills.
• Judgment and curiosity for working with AI tooling to produce reliable results.

Responsibilities

• Design and build web pages end to end from briefs to production.
• Ship code to production with guidance from FE team and reviews.
• Extend the design system to keep sites consistent as offerings grow.
• Iterate landing pages quickly to improve conversion metrics with analytics wired.
• Collaborate with marketing and legal to ensure compliance and accurate disclosures.
