We ship to prod daily and prioritize documentation and lean processes. You will build reliability for AI-driven software, collaborating with on-call teams, and owning features from concept through production, with a strong focus on customer

Qualifications

• Experience shipping features with AI.
• Able to ship end-to-end using a full stack stack.
• Operate production software with attention to edge cases and observability.
• Autonomous in a remote setup and proactive in improving systems.
• Excellent product discussions with customers to validate problems and solutions.
