This job is for you if you have:

• 8+ years of full‑stack engineering experience; comfortable operating full‑stack and taking ownership of the whole development lifecycle.
• Must be familiar with React + Typescript on the frontend. Familiarity with Python, Node.js, Ruby on Rails for the backend is preferred.
• Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting‑edge technology and willing to learn something new every day.
• Find excitement in joining an early‑stage company and are not afraid of building something new.

Bonus points if:

• You have previous experience in a direct‑to‑consumer startup, especially within EdTech/Healthcare.

Interview Process:

• Interview with a Recruiter (30 min).
• Technical Round (2.45 hrs).
• Onsite (1.5 hrs).

Compensation:

Senior II - $172,000-$228,000

Compensation for this role will fall within the pay range listed and will be determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications as well as interview evaluation. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future. Please note we do not have a bonus structure at this time so all cash compensation will come in the form of base salary. The total compensation package will also include our benefits package and an equity (ISOs) package.
