About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Care Navigations team and help revolutionize how people find top doctors in their area. You will work closely with product managers, designers, data scientists, and engineers in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate should be capable of delivering full-stack solutions and eager to learn new techniques and technologies. You will lead projects and build features end-to-end to significantly improve our provider search and recommendation experience, enabling users to connect easily with the best healthcare providers for their needs.

This position is fully remote.

What you will do:

• Design, build, and launch new features, enhancing the Garner app
• Collaborate across disciplines to understand user needs and iterate on new ideas
• Ensure user privacy and security through secure coding practices
• Support the Garner app in production

What you will bring to the team:

• 4+ years of hands-on full-stack software delivery experience
• Proficiency with React, NodeJS, Docker, and major cloud providers
• Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL or ElasticSearch
• Experience working within agile teams and familiarity with agile methodologies

Compensation Transparency:

The target salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000. Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for equity incentives and benefits such as flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plans, 401(k), Teladoc Health, and more.
