Job description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Senior Product Engineer for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Irvine, CA. Details for the position are as follows:

1. W2 Candidates Only
2. Location: Irvine, CA
3. Duration: 12+ Months
4. Hourly Rate on W2: $80.00

Job Description:

• Take ownership of Aptios product from an engineering standpoint, maintaining and improving current products' cloud infrastructure and design, primarily leveraging AWS. Some automation is managed via Azure DevOps. The current Aptios product utilizes AWS, Terraform, Vue, PHP, and Unity.
• Design, build, and deploy updated versions of the product with guidance from business units.
• Enhance latency, robustness, and scalability; provide guidance to improve retrieval latency and throughput by optimizing AWS and Machine Learning infrastructure.
• Advise on A/B testing and experimental frameworks. Drive the adoption and development of comprehensive benchmarks to evaluate search quality, gaps, and differentiation.
• Lead the engineering team in governance, quality, DevOps, and related areas. The current stack includes AWS EC2 instances, PyTorch, and TensorFlow models.
