Job summary

PHINIA INC busca un Ingeniero/a de Producto Senior para liderar el desarrollo de productos y las revisiones técnicas con clientes y proveedores. Se espera experiencia en sistemas automotrices de gasolina y/o diesel, y manejo de DFMEA/GD&T.

El candidato debe dominar español e inglés, con enfoque en mejoras continuas y reducción de costos. La posición es tiempo completo y se ubicará en México, con oportunidades para trabajar en un entorno global y programas de desarrollo profesional.

Qualifications

• Licenciatura o maestría en ingeniería, preferentemente mecánica o electromecánica.
• Experiencia en productos automotrices de gasolina y/o diesel.
• Bilingüe Español/Inglés; Six Sigma o Shainin.
• Conocimiento de DFMEA y GD&T.
• Participación en revisiones técnicas con clientes y proveedores.

Responsibilities

• Desarrollar productos siguiendo el Product Development Process y liderar las revisiones de diseño.
• Participar en las revisiones técnicas con clientes y proveedores.
• Llevar a cabo el análisis de partes de validación de ingeniería de cliente al finalizar las pruebas.
• Participar en la evaluación y validación de cambios al producto o proceso.
• Coordinar la elaboración y envío de órdenes de venta de Ingeniería o prototipos especiales.
• Desarrollar, revisar y/o actualizar los documentos de producto (DFMEA, Validation Plans, Drawings).
• Participar en la creación e implementación de iniciativas de ahorro de costos.
• Participar y dar soporte en actividades de mejora continua.

JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Escolaridad: Licenciatura o maestría en área de ingeniería, preferentemente mecánica o electromecánica

Experiencia en:
